What Is Virtuoso?

Virtuoso is an invitation-only network of the world's leading travel agencies and advisors. Membership isn't for sale — agencies are invited and vetted before being admitted, and only a small fraction of travel advisors worldwide are part of the network. Odyssey House is affiliated with Virtuoso through Archer Luxury Travel.

What Virtuoso Actually Is

• A curated network, not a booking platform open to the public
• Built on negotiated relationships with over a thousand hotel, cruise, and tour partners worldwide
• Partner properties include many of the top hotel and resort brands globally, plus independent luxury properties you won't find elsewhere
• Advisors are vetted for expertise and track record before being admitted to the network

What It Means for Your Trip

• Complimentary room upgrades when available at time of booking or check-in
• Daily breakfast for two, included at the property
• Early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability
• Resort, spa, or dining credit, depending on the property
• A dedicated on-property contact at many partner hotels

Why It's Different From Booking Directly

These amenities are Virtuoso-exclusive — built into the reservation itself because of the network's standing relationship with the property, not something added on top or negotiated case by case. The Virtuoso rate is its own negotiated rate category, separate from a hotel's publicly published rate, and it isn't always identical to the best rate you might find on your own — but it comes bundled with the upgrade, breakfast, credit, and other amenities above, which is where the real value tends to show up. Part of what an advisor does is compare the options and tell you honestly which rate makes sense for your specific stay.
